Noel's passion for football began at age 4, playing for local sides in Liverpool, before joining Everton's academy at 7.
In 2010, he moved to Dubai, where he completed his secondary education at Dubai English Speaking College and played for various academies. His aspirations to pursue NCAA Soccer in the USA led him to join McKendree Men’s Soccer in 2019, where he contributed to their historic success in the NCAA Division II tournament.
Noel graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2024 with honours in Sport Business and captained the university’s men’s football team.
Now, as Tour Operations Manager at Vertex Soccer, Noel continues to excel, having successfully overseen the Ohio State University tour in May 2024. His dedication to learning and passion for US Soccer's development are truly inspiring.
