Cayleigh moved to the United States at age 18, where she attended an NCAA university to pursue her Soccer career and studied Sport Management. During her time in the U.S., she earned a place on the All-Stars team before returning to the UK to continue her football career. Since then, Cayleigh has played professionally for MK Dons and now represents Peterborough FC. Alongside her playing career, she is also coaching at Tottenham Hotspur.
